You're speaking my language! I've been trying to get the hang of Linux Mint for a few months now, but I'm planning on trying another distro on my desktop. It was the Windows 10 end-of-life and the non-negotiable AI features on 11 that finally broke me.

Yeah, using Windows 11 was the final straw for me. I still have 10 on my desktop at home, and I'm fine with that for now. I found Mint fairly intuitive to get going on.

Either way, I know we're not the only ones who have found 11 bad enough to make a switch.

Yo, arch Linux representing 🫡, got a very similar selfhost stack on raspberry pis and a Synology NAS. Kinda crazy how much functionality you can get out of legacy hardware.
